HyKat SR-212 are alkali catalyst for steam reforming, which are unreduced Nickle catalyst. SR-211/R-212 are designed for tubular reformers downstream a pre-reformer or for steam reforming of light feedstocks such as natural gas.
HyKat SR-212 can also be used in the bottom of the reformer tubes in combination with alkali-promoted catalyst HyKat SR-204 for reforming of feedstocks with heavier hydrocarbon.
The special formulation and processing technology of SR-211/212 can provide high activity for long-time operation but also lower carbon formation.
